How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the items of your choice in the correct size/colour. Once you are finished shopping you can then click on your "shopping bag" on the top right hand corner of your screen. This will display all your items you have selected.
If you wish to remove an item from the shopping bag - simply click remove at the end of the product description.
Once you are ready to process through to checkout with your items, click the checkout icon. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and password that you created for your account - if you have not shopped with Makeover before, either you will need to register before your order can go progress or you can use guest checkout.
You will then be taken through the payment process step by step, once completed a confirmation email will be sent to your email address supplied.
The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?
Many of our styles are only available in limited numbers for a particular season. Our Basics range are available on going. Please contact us regarding the particular item you would like, including size and colour, and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you.
Are Color choices available for your displayed outfits?
Regarding colors, please request us the exact Product Number of your desired dress. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at support@MakeOverOnline.in and giving the reference of your desired outfits and our customer support executive will notify you the colors that are available in through E-mail or phone within 24 hours.
Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any price adjustment.
Can I modify my order?
Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If for some reason an error has occurred on your order, you can notify the online co-ordinator on makeoverorder@gmail.com
How do I know that my information/payment is secure?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure shopping online with MakeOver is completely safe. We use a secure payment application.

VBV pop-up page - What is this?
The VBV pop-up is a extra security measure issued by banks. Due to the high risk of fraud throughout the world some banks ask for you to be "Verified By Visa". When this link pop's up it will ask you to enter a password - if you do not enter the password it will then bring up another page asking you to activate this. IF you do not wish to activate you can press the "no thanks" button and it will take you back to the payment page to complete your order online with Makeover.

When will I be billed for my order?
Your credit card will be charged for your order once we have your order ready for dispatch. When you first place your order, the funds are 'secured' by Makeover but are NOT deducted from your credit card until dispatch accrues.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. To have your items delivered to a different address, simply enter in the details in the delivery address allocated area when placing your order.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Delivery time frame varies depending upon the delivery location. If you wish to track your order you can do this by contacting us.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have placed an order with MakeOverOnline.in, you can check the current status of your order by entering your Email Address and Password on our Order Tracking page.
How can I track the delivery of my package?
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number or a delivery confirmation number and the link to Courier Company’s site. On the Courier Company’s site, you can check the status of your delivery by entering the Order Tracking Number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.
If you think your order is late, please note that:
• Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
